Marriage is a sacred institution.

Hazrat Maulana Yunus Patel Saheb:

Regard nikah as never-ending ibadah, unique and great ibadah not customary practice. Make niyyat in nikah, niyyat to protect from sin.

Be kind to the wife, Allah intercede on behalf of the wife: وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ
An-Nisaa [19]… live with them on a footing of kindness and equity

According to Aisyah r.a., Rasulullah s.a.w. never enter the house without smile on his face.

He participates at home activities, helps to knit, stich and sweep without shame.

Talking cheerfully to the wife is an ibadah, smiling even intimacy with wife is ibadah. Rasulullah s.a.w. tell story to his wife, extremely good and kind to the wife.

Jihad in nikah is to exercise control….tolerate wife as the valued customer, she is the protection of the husband’s iman.

My Sheikh always says that every man should consider his own wife, no matter what her age or looks, to be his Laila, meaning, his Beloved.

Argument is like 3 minutes boiled egg, don’t allow it boil or last more more than 3 minutes.

Make the home Jannah on earth not Jahannam.

If Allah is happy with us, we will be happy.
